I used to give a creativity training program called Creative Animals. We'd all go to a zoo, commune with the critters, and learn some stuff about creativity. The ideas evolved into Animal Crackers, the 14-step problem-solving process.

Recently I went back to the theoretical foundation of Creative Animals and re-examined one of its core principles, the Cages of Context, and started publishing them on IdeaConnection.com.

Last week I posted the introduction, The Four Cages of Context.

Today I posted the first of four Monday Workouts on each of Cages of Context that I have defined—Knowledge: A Cage of Context.

As usual, I'm open to entertaining any thoughts along these lines in the interest of further developing this line of thinking.
