Congratulations on your marriage. Best wishes for a very long and happy one for you both.

You certainly have been doing some exciting and fun things since we last wrote and saw each other.

Are you living in Italy or in Colorado or somewhere else in the world now?

Since returning from South Africa and Columbus, Georgia after 5 weeks away in late October I have been

a. writing,
b. reading,
c. organizing, donating and giving away many things that have been filling up my home
d. helping to plan and promote 2009 ACE - Atlanta Creativity Exchange
e. going to see many of the recent movies (one of my hobbies and unfilled dreams...write, direct, act in a movie)
f. continually corresponding with creativity colleagues daily around the globe

Due to the impact of the downturn of the economy and some unexpected expenses I have had to change my plans to go and present at CREA-Italy in 2009.

Have a 3-day program on Developing Cre8ng Communities Throughout Entire Workplaces in Dubai that is being marketed by a training marketing firm based in Kuala Lumpur.

Two different firms that market for programs in Dubai contacted me in 2008. Still don't know why actually they reached out to me specifically.

First one the dates did not work in 2008.

Second one took months to work out the final contract and dates in March 2009.

Unfortunately the final dates conflict with both the Florida Creativity Weekend and the 20th ACA in Philadelphia.

If the Dubai program does not make by February 1st I will go to Sarasota, Florida and Philadelphia and then see you and perhaps attend one of your sessions.

Also in March, thanks to Kanes Rajah, Greenwich University he and I will be presenting in Portugal in March.

Added to these will be ACE 2009 in late March,
perhaps the Alden B. Dow Conference if it happens
CPSI I have written with a schematic about an Immersion program. Due to the lack of response other than they did not receive it the first time when I sent it a second time I may or may not go to CPSI outside of Boston.

Of course in September Mindcamp and then onto South Africa

Sounds like a busy year yet really it isn't.

Besides these I am working towards redeveloping a working marketing plan in the US for 2009 and beyond with past, present and potential future clients and continuing to teach my

5-day university course at Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia 5 times this year.

It carries the title

DEVELOPING CRE8NG COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT YOUR WORKPLACE

That version has more focus on leading, communicating, teaming, conflicting, connecting with cre8ng interspersed throughout the 40 hours.

Beyond these work types things I continue exploring and wandering: mental and physically.

and to top all that off I attend a mix of storytelling programs and festivals throughout the year in the Southeast.

Best wishes to you

Hi Terry, welcome to the HUB. Love your work, particularly Flower Nebula. It'd be nice to see you sooner rather than later. At the moment, I'm in your neck (more or less) of the woods on a writing retreat in Taos.

Teri,
Aside from the movement and expressiveness of Morning Muse, I relate to it so strongly because morning is my most creative time.

As for which of my books best presents my ideas and passion about my work --- Mentoring New Teachers, 3rd Edition.

Cheers,
Hal
